(◍•ᴗ•◍)❤ Lights and Sounds Part I ❤ (◍•ᴗ•◍)
Hello everyone,
Today marks another milestone in our roadmap, and I'm going to talk to you about the implementation of light and sound.
First of all, I've (finally) started using the URP (Universal Render Pipeline) for this project, which has enabled me to easily manage light and shadow.
You'll find specific lighting moods for each zone, with purple torches for the spider zone and fluorescent foam for the noise zone. I've also added a number of elements to make the experience more pleasant, such as light on attacks and on the player.
As for sounds, we've also enhanced the experience with a sound for dash and attack, door passage and pearl collection.
There's much more to discover, but I'll leave that to you to do in the game.
This visual and sound enhancement is only the first part, and other improvements will follow.
